How to register a Cooperative Society:

Step 1: To register a cooperative Society first you need to click on the below link

                                    https://esahakaraseva.telangana.gov.in

(e-sahakaraseva is a Online registration portal of Cooperation department, Govt Of Telangana.)

                Step 2 :  Applicant  register with their details in  “new user registration”, after successful      

                              Registration of the details, then applicant will receive username and password to       

                              registered mobile number.

                Step 3 :  login into e- sahakaraseva portal with received username and password

                Step 4  :  Then Applicant will logged into applicant home page, where applicant can find “Apply       

                              Online” option, Click on apply online to continue the registration process.

                Step 5:   Then Applicant has to select the Act(1964 or 1995) in which he/she wants to register

                               the society, type of Society(from drop down list), and select service type as “new      

                               registration”

                Step 6:   Enter the proposed Society registration details, then click on save and next

                Step 7:   Select the Area of Operation of the Society.

Step 8:   Enter all the promoters details one by one (upload a clear  Aadhar and photo copies of

                              individuals others wise there may be a chance to rejection of application)

Step 9:   select the Adhoc Committee members from total members.(this  adhoc committee is

                               for temporary till the first elections after the official registration of the society).

                Step 10:   Here promoters has to download the system generated documents and sign on those

                                documents by  all the promoters wherever signatures are required.

Step 11: Scan and Upload the below documents mandatorily ( minitues of preliminary general

                 body  meeting, sworn and declaration statement and byelaw of the propsed Society

                 with Signatures of all the promoters on the last page of the byelaw and chief promoter                

                  has to sign on every page of byelaw).

Step 12:  Complete the online payment (Only internet banking), in case of application rejection           

                 amount will not refund to the applicant.

Step 13:  Review the application and submit it.

Following things Required to register a Cooperative Society:

·        Name of the Proposed Cooperative Society

Ex  :   XXXXXXX Cooperative credit society limited

                XXXXXXX Mutually Aided credit Cooperative Society limited

                XXXXXXX Flat owners and maintenance mutually Aided Cooperative Society limited

                XXXXXXX Farmer producers mutually aided cooperative society limited

·        Address of the proposed cooperative society

·        Area of operation of the Society(all the promoters should belongs to within the limits of area of operation)

·        Chief promoter details

·        Promoters details (Name, father name, Occupation, Date of Birth, Aadhar no, mobile number, caste, Address, scanned photo&Aadhar copy (only jpg,png,jpeg)

·        Scanned copy of Proposed byelaw of the Society in pdf format( at the time of online submission all the promoters has to sign on the last page of the byelaw and chief promoter has to sign on bottom of the every page of the byelaw)

·        Any other documents if required (like, affidavits, permission documents, etc …..)
